The grand opening festivities began at 10:30 a.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring Mayor Elect Paul Young with Chamber of Commerce, proprietors Mowbray and Cherina Rowand. The day was packed with various entertainment activations, culminating in a special evening appearance by recording artist 2 Chainz. Aligning with a Memphis Grizzlies game night, ESCO Restaurant and Tapas, as the official post-game sponsor, anticipates a vibrant crowd of Grizzlies fans and downtown patrons. Part 2 of the Grand Opening ceremony began at 9:30 p.m. This was a red carpet event and valet was available.
